Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics or Management Engineering.
• 3+ years in manufacturing or process engineering in automated environments.
• Hands-on with automated assembly systems (SCARA/6-axis robotics, pick & place, feeders).
• Exposure to PLC systems is advantageous.
• Strong Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and time management in fast-paced settings.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Analyse production processes, resolve technical issues and improve yield while minimising downtime.
• Own manufacturing line performance across safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Implement lean tools and continuous improvement to reduce waste and optimise flow.
• Lead root-cause analysis for deviations and implement CAPA.
• Maintain technical documentation and update work instructions.
• Support automation programs, capacity expansions, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D on cost estimation and NPI manufacturing process design.
• Explore AI-driven enhancements for shop-floor automation.
