Technogym S.p.A. in Cesena (Italy) seeks a proactive Manufacturing Technology Specialist to join the Process Engineering team.

You will define production equipment and lead multifunctional projects for evolving manufacturing processes and new product development, while applying design for manufacturing. Ideally you have 3–5 years in assembly and machining, knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Creo/Windchill, and English at least B2.

Competenze

• Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in assembly, carpentry and machining processes.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Waste, Poka Yoke, FMEA, SMED, DMAIC).
• Availability for business trips to subsidiaries and suppliers.
• Fluent English (minimum CEFR B2).

• Design and implement equipment for assembly processes.
• Define specifications, validate concepts and projects.
• Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities.
• Define and implement manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, and costs.
