Clivet SpA is seeking a proactive final-year student or recent graduate to join the Operations team for a lean transformation. The role emphasizes hands-on shop floor work, process analysis, and the application of Lean methods such as JIT, Kanban, and 5S.

You will map value streams, support Kaizen workshops, and help implement KPI dashboards while collaborating with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Logistics in a global group.

Competenze

• Background: Final-year student or Recent Graduate in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Lean pillars: knowledge of JIT, Jidoka, Kanban, SMED, and WCM.
• Soft skills: curious, hands-on approach and ability to engage operators.
• Data-driven: strong analytical skills and communication abilities.
• Languages: good command of English.

Mansioni

• Map value streams (VSM) to identify waste and bottlenecks in production lines.
• Support Kaizen and 5S workshops focused on standardization and 5S.
• Help monitor KPIs (OEE, Lead Time, Service Level) via dashboards.
• Contribute to Lean digitalization and integration of digital tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Logistics.
