A leading appliance manufacturer in Carbonera, Italy, is seeking a professional to contribute to Lean projects such as 5S and Kaizen. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Economics and a passion for Lean Production. Responsibilities include promoting Lean concepts across teams and developing employee training programs. Exceptional organization and teamwork skills are essential, along with fluency in English.

You will have the chance to contribute with ideas and know how to some Lean projects:
5s, Kaizen, layout optimizations.. promoting across the different Groups Team as: Quality, Operations and Process Engineering.
Communicate Lean group’s philosophy, vision and expectations.
Develop and sustain employees training and development on lean concepts.
