Job summary

Pirelli & C. S.p.A. in Milano offers an Internship for a Manufacturing Engineer in the European Manufacturing team. The role requires a Master's degree and fluency in English and Italian. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in industrial or management engineering.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Basic knowledge of programming tools (R, Python, etc.) and front-end.
• Understanding of basics Lean Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with tutor in consolidating factories KPIs.
• Define action plans to improve factories' efficiency.
• Interact with HQ, regional, and factory functions.
• Ensure standardization of methodologies like Kaizen, Six Sigma.
• Assist in developing improvement programs such as Kaizen.

Skills

Fluency in English

Fluency in Italian

Basic knowledge of programming tools (R, Python)

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing
