DAB Pumps is seeking an Operations Excellence trainee/graduate to learn project management within cross-functional teams in Italy. You will conduct make-or-buy analyses, cost-benefit evaluations, and support material flow analyses and production process improvements as part of a dynamic, multinational environment.

You may contribute to the layout redesign of our headquarters in Mestrino, focusing on material flow, safety, and production best practices, with exposure to ERP/BI tools.

Competenze

• Studies in Economics or Engineering or related (student or graduate).
• Knowledge of Excel and office suite.
• Knowledge of CAD.
• Principles of lean production.
• Creative thinking.
• Proactivity.

Mansioni

• Make or buy analysis.
• Cost vs benefit analysis of new solutions/ideas.
• Implementation of new tools in the company.
• Support to Operations department on material flow analysis.
• Production process analysis (find out possible improvements activities).
• Contribute to the layout project for the headquarters in Mestrino.
