Clivet SpA is seeking a proactive final-year student or recent graduate to join the Operations team for a lean transformation. The role emphasizes hands-on shop floor work, process analysis, and the application of Lean methods such as JIT, Kanban, and 5S.

You will map value streams, support Kaizen workshops, and help implement KPI dashboards while collaborating with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Logistics in a global group.

Competenze

• Background: Final-year student or Recent Graduate in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Lean pillars: knowledge of JIT, Jidoka, Kanban, SMED, and WCM.
• Soft skills: curious, hands-on approach and ability to engage operators.
• Data-driven: strong analytical skills and communication abilities.
• Languages: good command of English.

Are you a proactive young talent with an analytical mindset and a passion for Continuous Improvement? We are looking for you to join the heart of our Operations team!

At Clivet, you will take an active role in our transition toward increasingly lean production models, applying Lean methodologies directly on the shop floor.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis: Map value streams (VSM) to identify waste and bottlenecks within production lines.
• Kaizen & 5S: Support the organization and execution of improvement workshops focused on Standardization and 5S.
• KPI Monitoring: Help implement dashboards to measure the effectiveness of projects (OEE, Lead Time, Service Level).
• Lean Digitalization: Contribute to integrating digital tools into the Clivet production system (Smart Manufacturing).
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to drive smooth change management.

What We Are Looking For:

• Background: Final-year student or Recent Graduate in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Lean Mindset: Knowledge (even if theoretical) of Lean pillars: JIT, Jidoka, Kanban, SMED, and WCM.
• Soft Skills: Intellectual curiosity and a "hands-on" approach (spending time on the shop floor is essential!).
• Data Driven: Strong analytical skills and communication abilities to engage operators in the process.
• Languages: Good command of English (we are part of a major international group).

What We Offer:

• Internship or Fixed-term contract
• Compensation commensurate with your experience. The range is up to 1.000€ per month for internship, and up to 30.000€ RAL for fixed term contract.
