De'Longhi Group is seeking a Lean Specialist to support Lean projects across Quality, Operations and Process Engineering. You will contribute ideas and know-how on 5S, Kaizen, and layout improvements while promoting best practices.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Economics, a passion for Lean Production, strong organization, and fluent English. Basic knowledge of cyber security principles is also valued.
