Seqwater in Australia is seeking a Senior Lead Water Security Planning professional to lead the development and delivery of long-term water security, drought preparedness and resilience strategies ensuring reliable, safe water supply for communities. You will provide strategic planning advice and guide evidence-based decision making.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage regulatory obligations, and build strong relationships with government, regulators and stakeholders to deliver

Competenze

• Degree qualification in Engineering, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Water Resources, Planning, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in strategic water planning, water security, drought management or water resource management within a complex or regulated environment.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering long-term water planning programs and strategies.
• Strong knowledge of water security frameworks, sustainability principles, regulatory requirements and integrated water management approaches.
• Proven ability to analyse complex technical, environmental and operational information, and provide strategic advice to support decision-making and stakeholder outcomes.
