Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Manager specialized in Medium Voltage Electrical Distribution Solutions in Italy. You will be the primary contact for customers, coordinating engineering activities and ensuring CPP processes are followed to deliver defined solutions.

Work with cross-region teams on complex projects, manage schedules and costs, and support tendering and negotiations. A chance to drive impact in a global company with growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Technical knowledge of MV/LV switchboard solutions and electrical schematics.
• Understanding of Electrical Distribution Solutions standards across market segments.
• Strong stress management and teamwork orientation.
• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Clear, customer-oriented vision for success.

Mansioni

• Direct contact with the customer as the key figure for project execution.
• Identify the best solution per Schneider Electric portfolio to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate engineering activities to realize the defined solution.
• Monitor and control project schedule, costs, invoicing, cash flow and quality.
• Ensure CPP execution best practices throughout project life cycle.
• Support expediting and testing during manufacturing or FAT.
• Coordinate on-site activities with Service department and Site Manager.
• Close the project per contractual and internal procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and support tendering in negotiations.
• Demonstrate Schneider Electric core values daily.
