Siemens is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to drive Medium Voltage Switchgear projects in Italy. You will lead project execution, coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics, and collaborate with customers, factories and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in project management within electrical or power distribution, a technical degree, and fluency in Italian and English.

Your role:

As a Project Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Medium Voltage Switchgear business, contributing to the successful execution and delivery of Medium Voltage Switchgear projects. Your day-to-day activities will include project execution, technical and commercial coordination, and close collaboration with customers, engineering teams, manufacturing plants and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Lead the execution of Medium Voltage Switchgear projects in accordance with contractual, technical and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics activities while managing project schedules, budgets and forecasts.

The pay range for this position is €50.000–€65.000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
