Amazon Italia Transport Srl in Italy seeks an experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead deployment projects across the AMZL network. You will manage launches, retrofits and automated solutions, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to deliver complex engineering projects.

The role covers end-to-end lifecycle management, including budgeting and site deployments, with a focus on standardization and expansion of the AMZL network. Travel is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities.
• Experience with CMMS software.
• Experience with Material handling equipment (MHE).
• Travel up to 30-50% of the time if required.

Mansioni

• Manage highly complex concurrent projects related to deployment of engineering solutions in AMZL delivery stations.
• Own a program or portfolio of projects related to launches or retrofits of technology types including Automation, MHE or other building improvements.
• Lead the full project/program lifecycle from concept/budget creation to handover to stakeholders.
• Handle phases of projects with minimal guidance, managing resources, capex and timelines.
• Interact with senior management to provide trade-off solutions meeting business requirements.
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvements with relevant teams.
