Amazon Development Centre Italy SRL - G85 seeks an experienced Deployment Engineer to lead the rollout of automated material handling systems across multiple Amazon warehouses in Europe. The role focuses on delivering state-of-the-art automation technologies, coordinating internal teams and external contractors, and ensuring timely, high-quality deployment outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant experience in deployment/automation
• Experience with planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities
• Experience with CMMS software and deployment execution
• Knowledge of automation technologies, material handling systems and robotics

Mansioni

• Own deployment deliverables across multiple technologies and ensure they are complete and standardized
• Support evaluation and delivery of large-scale automation technologies including conveyance and robotics across sites
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors for successful project delivery
• Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art material handling systems and robotics
• Ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality standards
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting for complex automation deployments
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes
• Collaborate with product, safety, deployment, quality and vendor teams through project lifecycle
• Liaise with micromanagers and vendors to ensure readiness and adherence to deployment standards (3PA)
