Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Lead Process Auditor to oversee procedural integrity across our critical infrastructure fleet. You will drive incident forensics, audit runbooks, enforce lifecycle management of documentation, and verify vendor compliance across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in QA or compliance, strong CMMS and Change Management knowledge, and proven ability to train and support field operations without creating frictions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in QA, compliance auditing, or critical facility operations management.
• Deep understanding of Change Management, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), and CMMS.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, ITIL or similar certifications preferred.
• Excellent investigative and interpersonal abilities with site staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead procedural incident forensics and RCA governance during high-severity incidents; assess MOP execution, Change Management approvals, vendor oversight, and maintenance logs.
• Conduct unannounced and scheduled audits of site-level procedural compliance and ensure adherence to authorized MOPs for high-risk evolutions.
• Own the enterprise documentation lifecycle and inject Engineering Change Orders or mandates into runbooks and CMMS at all sites.
• Audit third-party vendor execution in the field and ensure SLA, dosing, and safety standards are met.
• Partner with Lab Manager and Site Operations to verify mandatory training before teams work on live systems.
