Aligned Data Centers is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Vendor Partnerships to architect and optimize its external contractor ecosystem. You will identify, vet, and align top vendors to projects, while maintaining trust and clear communication with partners throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strategic organization, data-informed decisions, and cross-functional collaboration to drive project success and operational excellence.

Competenze

• 8+ years in construction, real estate development, vendor management, contractor relations, or related field.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Strong organizational skills for managing complex data sets, partner portfolios, or CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel regularly to meet vendor partners across geographies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for first meetings and long-term engagements.
