• Leads software engineering and product teams.
• Owns full lifecycle from demand intake to production support and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all steps of system development life cycles to assure conformance with established standards.
• Resolves problems by devising or modifying procedures.
• Defines project requirements by identifying milestones, forming project team, establishing project budget, developing schedules, assigning, prioritizing and monitoring work.
• Develops long and short-range strategic operating plans for the implementation and deployment of software services.
• Monitors project progress, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
• Directs staffing for assigned software services.
• Interfaces with other departments to analyze product technology needs.
• Responsible for SLAs or OLAs for assigned software services.
• Manages the performance of direct reports and provides feedback and guidance.
• Coordinate functions of multiple group leaders and their teams.
• Read and follow UL Code of Conduct and security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.
