Qualifications

• Master's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical configuration and drawings.
• Experience in turbomachinery calculation and configuration a plus.
• Fluent in English; good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive machine selection and mechanical configuration of new products from concept to industrialization.
• Lead calculations, mechanical analyses, cost analyses, and manufacturability assessments to define the machine configuration.
• Develop and validate new design tools and concepts; contribute to roadmaps.
• Produce detailed technical reports and documentation for design and testing phases.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to adapt products to energy transition markets.
