KT - Kinetics Technology S.p.A in Livorno, Italy seeks an experienced Construction Insulation & Painting Supervisor to lead subcontractor activities, ensure construction works meet schedules, budget, safety, and quality standards, and coordinate with the project team on constructability and pricing matters.

The role requires 8+ years in construction subcontracting supervision within EPC contexts, FROSIO Level 2 or NACE II, and fluent English.

Competenze

• FROSIO Level 2 certification or NACE Level II mandatory to apply.
• Technical diploma with relevant experience.
• Proven experience (at least 8 years) in construction subcontracting supervision, preferably within EPC companies.
• Good understanding of project technical documentation (specifications, drawings, schedules).
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex activities and multiple stakeholders in a structured manner.
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and results-driven approach.
• Proactive mindset, adaptability, and teamwork attitude.

Mansioni

• Prior to the start of works, check the supplier’s material and technical documentation delivery schedule.
• Ensure alignment with Construction schedules and contractual commitments and promote action to recover delays.
• Verify subcontractor equipment and manpower conform to design documents and safety/quality requirements.
• Prepare non-conformity register for each Subcontractor and coordinate non-conformity resolutions.
• Detect design errors and coordinate with Site Engineer for corrections.
• Check Subcontractors’ progress sheets and sign for approval.
• Assist Contract Engineer in defining new prices, subcontract amendments and claims analysis.
• Collaborate with project team for constructability studies and bid analyses when possible.
