Agap2 Italia is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary construction activities within EPC projects. You will monitor execution plans, ensure schedule adherence, and protect client interests from a PMS perspective, while upholding HSE and QA/QC requirements.

The role requires on-site work, coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams, and strong English communication. Italian work environment with CCNL conditions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural/mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as Construction Manager within EPC projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary construction activities (civil/structural/piping/mechanical/electrical/instrumentation).
• Strong knowledge of construction management, project execution and contractor management.
• Excellent knowledge of international codes, standards and construction practices.
• Understanding of HSE and QA/QC in EPC projects.
• Experience in schedule, progress and change management.
• Strong coordination and interface management skills.
• Good knowledge of technical documentation and construction reporting.
• Good command of English and ability to work on-site, interfacing with offshore when needed.

Mansioni

• Monitor EPC contractor's construction execution plan, method statements and work packs.
• Ensure activities align with project schedule and milestones.
• Support constructability reviews during design and engineering phases.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, standards and regulations.
• Oversee Quality Plans and ITPs.
• Review NCRs and ensure adherence to specs and codes.
• Coordinate interfaces among engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Manage interfaces between onshore/offshore activities, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Produce PMS reporting and keep records up-to-date.
