Smart4 Energy is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to lead on-site activities across multiple locations tied to project needs. You will oversee safety, budget, schedule, and quality while coordinating with HSE, QA/QC, and commissioning teams.

The role requires 5+ years in site supervision, a civil/mechanical/electrical engineering background, and fluency in Italian and English. Expect international travel and potential relocation for medium-term assignments.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Site Supervisor or Construction Lead.
• Strong familiarity with HSE, QA/QC, construction permitting and commissioning practices.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera).
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel and work abroad on international projects.

Mansioni

• Responsible for site setup, mobilization to demobilization.
• Ensure implementation of HSE procedures per the project plan.
• Apply and supervise quality standards per the Project Quality Plan.
• Coordinate daily activities, allocate resources and responsibilities.
• Maintain and update the project schedule with the planner.
• Supervise works and contractors during execution and installation phases.
• Manage handovers between contractors and project phases.
• Lead site supervisors, HSE Site Manager, and Quality representatives.
