Anantara World is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure rooms and public areas meet brand standards. You will supervise Room Attendants, coordinate with Front Office on arrivals and departures, and train new staff to uphold service excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and flexibility to work varied shifts, with opportunities for professional growth within Minor Hotels group.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness across rooms and public areas.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to meet brand standards and resolve issues promptly.
• Supervise room attendants, housemen and public area attendants to maintain productivity and quality.
• Support team in cleaning and final room preparation for VIP guests and regular guests.
• Train new staff on procedures, equipment use, and service standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office on arrivals, departures, and room status information.
• Monitor supplies and equipment, report shortages, and ensure continuity of operations.
• Maintain organized housekeeping offices and storage with needed items.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assign daily tasks and room assignments based on workload and occupancy.
