Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts in Rome seeks a housekeeping supervisor to ensure quality in rooms and public areas. You will coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry, and assist management in daily activities while ensuring safety and professional standards.

Responsibilities include evaluating room status, updating assignments, and mentoring staff, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Mansioni

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing rooms.
• Assist housekeeping management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
• Follow all company and safety policies; report maintenance problems; maintain professional appearance and protect assets.
