KIGYO in Milan seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead engineering activities supporting the Italian PV, Wind and BESS portfolio. You will report to the Country Manager, overseeing technical work through development to NtP and coordinating with the Project Development team, consultants, grid operators and authorities for robust designs and regulatory alignment.
You will define engineering strategy, review deliverables, optimize layouts, assess risks, and support due diligence and investment
Competenze
- Master's degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering.
- Proven experience in utility-scale renewables development.
- Experience with Solar PV, Wind and BESS.
Mansioni
- Define and implement the engineering strategy for PV, Wind and BESS.
- Provide technical leadership across development stages to NtP.
- Coordinate grid connection strategies with TSOs and DSOs.
- Review technical deliverables and optimize project layouts.
- Support due diligence and investment decisions.
- Lead technical coordination among internal and external teams.
