The Delivery Cluster Manager at JINGDONG Logistics in Milan, Lombardy, will oversee and optimize delivery operations within a defined cluster, leading a team of delivery supervisors and frontline staff to ensure on-time, customer-centric service.

You will develop route strategies, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with warehouse operations, customer service, and planning to drive efficiency and a high-quality last-mile experience. Flexibility for extended hours is required to meet operational needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics, last-mile delivery, or operations management.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role leading teams.
• Experience with delivery operations, route optimization and logistics tech.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Lead and mentor a team of delivery supervisors and personnel with performance reviews and development.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize routes and delivery times within the cluster.
• Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, cost per delivery) and take corrective actions.
• Ensure safety, SLAs, and policy compliance across operations.
• Collaborate with warehouse ops, customer service and logistics planning for end-to-end processes.
• Allocate resources (vehicles, equipment, personnel) to meet demand and peak times.
• Analyze delivery data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and present regular performance reports to senior management.
• Identify innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
