JINGDONG Logistics is hiring a Delivery Cluster Manager to oversee last-mile operations within a defined geographical cluster. You will lead a team of delivery supervisors and personnel, optimize routes, and ensure timely, customer-centric service.

You will work closely with warehouse, customer service, and logistics planning to sustain high performance. The role demands 5+ years in logistics with leadership experience, strong analytics, and proficiency in logistics tech.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics/last-mile delivery with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing and motivating large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of delivery operations, route optimization, and logistics technology.

Mansioni

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of delivery supervisors and personnel, including performance reviews and development.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize routes, reduce delivery times and improve efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, delivery costs, and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations, customer service, and planning to ensure end-to-end delivery processes.
• Manage resources to meet fluctuating demand and allocate vehicles and equipment.
• Analyze delivery data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve complex delivery issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present regular reports on cluster performance to senior management.
