JINGDONG Logistics is hiring a Delivery Cluster Manager to oversee last-mile operations within a defined geographical cluster. You will lead a team of delivery supervisors and personnel, optimize routes, and ensure timely, customer-centric service.

You will work closely with warehouse, customer service, and logistics planning to sustain high performance. The role demands 5+ years in logistics with leadership experience, strong analytics, and proficiency in logistics tech.

Job Summary

** The Delivery Cluster Manager at JD.com, Inc. is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all delivery operations within a designated geographical cluster, ensuring efficient, timely, and customer-centric last-mile delivery services. This role involves managing a team of delivery personnel and resources to meet operational targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of delivery supervisors and delivery personnel, including performance reviews, training, and development.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce delivery times, and improve overall efficiency within the cluster.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery rates, customer satisfaction scores, delivery success rates, and cost per delivery, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with other departments, including warehouse operations, customer service, and logistics planning, to ensure seamless end‑to‑end delivery processes.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively, including vehicles, equipment, and personnel, to meet fluctuating demand.
• Analyze delivery data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve complex delivery issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present regular reports on cluster performance to senior management.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance delivery efficiency and customer experience.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, last‑mile delivery, or operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing and motivating large teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of delivery operations, route optimization, and logistics technology.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in using logistics software, fleet management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as operational needs dictate.
• Familiarity with local regulations and geographical nuances within the assigned cluster.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
