The Delivery Cluster Manager at JINGDONG Logistics in Milan, Lombardy, will oversee and optimize delivery operations within a defined cluster, leading a team of delivery supervisors and frontline staff to ensure on-time, customer-centric service.

You will develop route strategies, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with warehouse operations, customer service, and planning to drive efficiency and a high-quality last-mile experience. Flexibility for extended hours is required to meet operational needs.
