Siemens Healthineers is seeking an Account Executive – Lab Solutions for the Puglia/Basilicata region in Italy. You will work with the Territory Manager to drive regional sales, identify opportunities, and manage KPIs across the sales funnel using CRM tools.

Competenze
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Biology, Chemicals or technical fields with 3–5 years in B2B sales or account management.
- Strong CRM usage to manage the sales funnel, KPIs, and P&L considerations.
- Fluency in English and Italian, written and spoken.
- Experience identifying market opportunities and executing pricing strategies.
Mansioni
- Collaborate with the Territory Manager to implement regional sales strategies and meet regional targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and integrate them into the territory plan.
- Monitor KPIs, manage the sales funnel, and ensure market coverage.
- Develop proposals with Sales Support, HCS, and Marketing; optimize pricing and terms.
