You will analyze environments, present products, train sales staff, and prepare proposals for tenders and negotiations. The position follows the CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico with a base salary typically in the €44,500–€59,500 range, plus a 10%+ performance bonus and broad benefits including flexible

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in Diagnostics, Hematology and Hemostasis.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within Italy.

Mansioni

• Regularly visit existing customers to monitor satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Consulting Solutions to identify business opportunities.
• Define priorities and support activities according to the sales pipeline.
• Analyze the customer's environment and design solutions to meet needs.
• Present products and highlight differentiators of the offering.
• Develop technical and project proposals for tenders and private negotiations.
