Siemens Healthineers in Italy seeks a Product Sales Expert for Central Laboratory Solutions. Two positions are available: Northern Italy and Southern Italy. You will engage customers, visit labs, and work with the sales team to grow business in the diagnostics sector.

You will build networks with laboratory managers and KOLs, design tailored solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value, proposals for tenders, and strategic support.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in Diagnostics, Core Lab Solutions experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work across functions and craft solutions.
• Fluency in English is required (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Drive customer satisfaction by visiting labs to understand needs and opportunities.
• Build networks with laboratory managers and KOLs to position the brand.
• Analyze environments to map tailor-made solutions with sales and marketing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to convert funnel insights into opportunities.
• Support training and development of the sales team and track progress.
