Job summary

Abbott Laboratories seeks an EMEA Field Product Manager to drive commercialization and adoption of LAAO and ICE portfolios across the EMEA region. You will connect regional marketing strategy with country execution, collaborating with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs and Global Marketing teams to accelerate portfolio growth.

You will lead launches, develop educational materials, and support strategic accounts while traveling across the region to ensure effective campaign execution and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Significant medical device industry experience, preferably cardiovascular interventions.
• Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or Therapy Development; LAAO experience preferred.
• Experience in imaging technologies or related clinical workflows is a plus.
• Fluency in English; multi-country/EMEA experience and European language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement EMEA marketing programs and campaigns with country Sales/Marketing teams to drive LAAO and ICE adoption.
• Lead field marketing activities for key product launches from readiness to post-launch adoption.
• Develop customer-facing materials, commercial tools, field communications, and training aligned with EMEA priorities.
• Partner with Sales to support strategic account development and portfolio growth.
• Develop educational and commercial initiatives that demonstrate ICE-guided workflows across the region.
• Lead marketing support for major EMEA congresses, events, workshops, and advisory boards.
• Support country teams with clinical data, competitive information, tender support, and regional communications.
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate across EMEA, country and Global teams to ensure successful portfolio commercialization.
