Job summary

Abbott in Italy (Milan) seeks a Sales & Therapy Specialist to drive growth and therapy adoption for the LAAO portfolio. You will partner with interventional cardiologists, imaging specialists, and hospital stakeholders to accelerate adoption and optimize patient outcomes.

You will bridge Abbott's clinical, marketing, and sales teams to support educational programs, account development, and successful execution of regional expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree in a scientific/biomedical/healthcare/engineering or technical discipline.
• Experience in medical devices is a plus.
• Proven exposure to Interventional Cardiology and LAAO procedures is a plus.
• Experience with ICE imaging and cardiac imaging workflows is advantageous.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation, and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support during LAAO procedures across Centro-Sud.
• Serve as clinical and technical resource for LAAO procedures and ICE imaging.
• Support procedural planning, case reviews, and clinical discussions with physicians.
• Deliver product, therapy, and imaging education to physicians and cath lab teams.
• Support physician training, onboarding, and certification activities.
• Facilitate best-practice sharing between centers and regions.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and imaging specialists to optimize workflows.
• Support pre-procedural planning and intra-procedural imaging guidance.
• Act as liaison with Clinical Studies, Marketing, Customer Service, Tender Management, Medical Affairs, and Sales.
