Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in Milan is offering a 6-month internship in Learning & Development. You will assist the L&D team with training programs for consultants, coordinating logistics, onboarding new joiners, and supporting evaluation reports.

The role provides hands-on experience in a leading management consulting firm within a dynamic, international environment. Interns receive a monthly allowance aligned with the internship agreement.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or current enrollment in a related field.
• Fluent Italian and English communication skills.
• Good command of MS Office and interest in data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support design, coordination, and execution of L&D programs for BCG consultants.
• Assist in development and updating of learning content and e-learning modules.
• Manage logistics for training events (scheduling, venues, materials, invites).
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new joiners, including communications and first-week programs.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback and contribute to post-training evaluation reports.
