Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in Milan is seeking a motivated HR intern to join the EMC Career Services & Alumni team, with a focus on the Alumni side. You will help keep the Alumni community engaged and connected to BCG, contributing to reporting on engagement and to special projects strengthening Alumni offerings.

This 6-month internship includes a monthly allowance, meal vouchers, and access to corporate discounts. You will gain hands-on experience in alumni management and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• University degree, or current enrollment in a relevant degree program (HR focus preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Italian and English.
• Creative mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and enriching alumni databases and CRM tools.
• Crafting written content for alumni newsletters and communications; planning and delivering alumni events.
• Assisting in development and maintenance of relationships with Alumni and external partners.
• Supporting Career Services activities coordination, such as coaching sessions and workshops.
• Taking initiative and bringing creative solutions to day-to-day operations.
