The World Food Programme is offering an internship in Rome for Knowledge and Information Management within the Programme Division Front Office. You will support the Programme Guidance Manual (PGM) platform, assist with content formatting, tagging, and communications across PRG platforms.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience with knowledge management systems, CMS platforms, intranet content curation, and webinar coordination, while developing project management and coordination skills

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate programme or a recent graduate (within 6 months).
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Knowing a second official UN language is an asset.

Mansioni

• Support management of the Programme Guidance Manual (PGM) Platform and ensure proper formatting and access rights.
• Liaise with PRG Division colleagues to label content with corporate taxonomy.
• Support communications activities related to the PGM and other PRG platforms.
