AMA Stay is seeking a dedicated Steward to keep the kitchen clean, organised, and ready for every service. You will support the kitchen team by ensuring dishes, utensils and work areas are spotless and well maintained.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail, a team spirit and the ability to stay calm during busy periods. Basic English, Italian or German language skills are helpful for daily operations.

Competenze

• Experience in kitchen, hospitality, or service is advantageous.
• Knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Reliable, organised and detail-oriented.

Mansioni

• Ensuring cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Washing and maintaining kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils.
• Supporting the kitchen team with daily preparation and operational tasks.
• Ensuring correct waste separation and responsible handling of resources.
• Maintaining hygiene and safety standards according to company guidelines.
• Supporting the smooth flow of service through efficient organisation.
• Assisting with deliveries, storage, and organisation of supplies.
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and ready for the team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen, hospitality, or service environment is an advantage
• Understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented working style
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
• Flexibility and ability to stay calm during busy service periods
• Sense of responsibility and pride in your work
• Languages: Basic knowledge of English, German and/or Italian
