AMA Stay is seeking a Chef de Rang to deliver exceptional dining service in a fine dining setting. You will welcome guests, present menus, and ensure flawless coordination with the kitchen and bar to guarantee memorable experiences. Your leadership will nurture a youthful, dynamic team while maintaining an outstanding guest focus throughout services.

Fluency in Italian and English, with German as a plus, and a dedication to personal and professional growth are essential for success in this role.

• Several years of experience in fine dining restaurant service or a similar hospitality role.
• Fluent in Italian and English; German is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests, accompany them to their tables, and provide knowledgeable information about dishes and beverages.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Orderman and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
• Work closely with the Commis de Rang, coordinating tasks through clear communication and supporting a smooth service.
• Lead by example and contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere.
• Organise the daily mise en place together with the Commis de Rang.
• Maintain a welcoming and well-organised dining environment throughout the service.
• Handle guest and service-related issues calmly and in a solution-oriented way.
• Complete the cash register closing and ensure accurate payment handling at the end of the evening.

• Support the training and development of team members by sharing knowledge and experience
• Organise the daily mise en place together with the Commis de Rang
• Maintain a welcoming and well-organised dining environment throughout the service
• Handle guest and service-related issues calmly and in a solution-oriented way
• Complete the cash register closing and ensure accurate payment handling at the end of the evening
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve our service and guest experience
