Major Food Group is hiring an experienced Kitchen Manager with strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.

Sourcing, ordering and receiving the highest quality ingredients are essential, along with maintaining equipment, cleanliness, and organization. You will oversee scheduling and inventory to stay within budget.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managing capacity.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills a must.
• Proficiency in verbal Spanish language a plus.
