iBanFirst is seeking an SDR / Junior Sales Representative in Lombardy, Italy. You will be the voice of our company and learn how SMBs manage FX exposure while advising senior decision-makers.

You’ll generate leads, engage with potential clients at the C‑level, book high-quality meetings, and participate in client meetings to analyze FX exposure and hedging proposals, both virtually and in person. The role offers a permanent contract with a variable commission scheme, welfare and meal vouchers,

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Fluent in Italian (native).
• Excellent communication skills, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Curiosity, motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: identify, contact and qualify new SMB opportunities.
• Outbound prospecting & cold calling: reach out to potential clients (C-level) and book meetings.
• Training & on-the-job FX exposure: participate in client meetings and help analyze FX exposure.
• Work with onboarding, compliance and operations to ensure a smooth client experience.
