iBanFirst is seeking a Junior SDR in Milan to drive lead generation and outbound prospecting for SMBs. You will learn FX exposure concepts and participate in client meetings, while collaborating with onboarding, compliance, and operations to ensure a secure client experience.

The role offers a permanent contract with a structured career path, a base salary with uncapped commissions and welfare benefits. Remote work policy allows one day per week from home.

Competenze

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar (Bachelor's or Master's).
• Fluency in Italian (native).
• Excellent communication skills, persuasion and negotiation.
• Curiosity, motivation, and willingness to learn in a fast-growing environment.

Mansioni

• Lead Generation: Identify, contact, and qualify new business opportunities within the SMB segment.
• Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients (C- level) and book high quality meetings.
• Training & on-the-job FX Exposure: Learn from senior FX Specialists and help analyze FX exposure and hedging proposals.
• Work with internal teams: Collaborate with onboarding, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth client experience.
