Huawei Italy, part of Huawei Europe, offers a 6-month Graduate Program to become a Junior Enterprise Network Solution Sales Engineer. You’ll work on Enterprise IP, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN, network security, and solution design while transitioning into a full‑time role after completion.

The internship is on‑site in Milan (and Rome), Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00, with €1,000 gross per month plus €8 daily meal vouchers and a direct offer for a full‑time position upon success.

About the Role & Program

Kickstart your career with Huawei Italy’s Graduate Program. This intensive 6-month internship is designed to develop the next generation of ICT leaders. You will work alongside industry experts, gain hands‑on experience across Enterprise Network Infrastructure, spanning Enterprise IP (Datacom, Campus Switches, Routers), Wi‑Fi 6/7, SD-WAN, Network Security, and Optical LAN (POL), technical solution design, and customer engagement, transitioning directly into a full-time role upon successful completion.

Main Responsibilities

• Market & Needs Analysis: Conduct technical and market analysis to identify enterprise digital transformation trends, evaluate business IT pain points, and uncover growth opportunities for enterprise network solutions.

• Solution Architecture & Design: Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to design, tailor, and present comprehensive enterprise-grade proposals integrating Campus/Data Center Networking, Enterprise Wi‑Fi, and Cyber Security frameworks.

• Client Engagement & Demos: Assist in preparing and delivering technical demonstrations, product presentations, and solution roadmaps for corporate, public sector, and vertical industry clients.

• Presales & Project Support: Support senior Solution Sales Engineers with technical documentation, bill of materials (BOM) creation, network topology design, and tender (RFP/RFQ) responses to drive commercial targets and technology adoption.

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate or Current Student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein a technical field, such as Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. The graduation date should ideally be approximately 6-12 months before or after the internship start date.

• Technical & Sales Passion: Strong foundational interest in enterprise IT/IP network architecture (Datacom, Routing & Switching, Wi‑Fi technologies, Network Security, Cloud‑managed networks), enterprise presales, and technical consulting.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem‑solving abilities, adaptability, and high emotional intelligence for international team environments.

• Languages: Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) and professional working proficiency in English.

• Work Authorization: Must hold valid authorization to live and work in Italy.
