Job summary

Greenvolt Next is seeking a Junior Marketing & Communication Specialist to support our marketing strategy and strengthen brand awareness across Europe. You will create engaging content, manage LinkedIn, and assist in campaigns and events.

Collaborate with sales and the Group HQ to align messaging, prepare materials, track KPIs, and contribute to lead generation. A proactive, creative team player with a Bachelor’s in marketing and 2–5 years of experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create engaging content for the company’s social media channels, especially LinkedIn.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Support organisation of corporate events, webinars, and trade fairs.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials such as presentations and brochures.
• Contribute to lead generation activities with the commercial team.
• Coordinate with Group Headquarters for brand guideline alignment.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
• Track marketing performance, analyse campaigns, and prepare KPI reports.
