Greenvolt Next is seeking a Junior Marketing & Communication Specialist to support our marketing and communications strategy and strengthen brand presence. You will help produce content for LinkedIn, run digital campaigns, and assist in events and materials development.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in marketing, strong English, and CRM familiarity, with an organised, collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to digital marketing and content creation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media and content creation.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, email marketing (DEM), and newsletters.

• Contribute to lead generation activities in collaboration with the commercial team.

• Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and communication partners.
• Track marketing performance, analyse campaign results, and prepare KPIs and performance reports to support continuous improvement.
