Beko Europe is seeking a passionate Media Sr. Specialist to join the Regional Digital Marketing Team. You will coordinate regional, global, local, and partnership media activities to align teams toward shared campaign goals.

You will oversee media campaigns across channels, develop regional media plans, manage budgets, and provide data-driven optimisations while staying current with industry trends and tools.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Media Sr. Specialist to join our Regional Digital Marketing Team at Beko Europe. This role sits at the intersection of regional, global, local, and partnership media activities-acting as the central coordinator who ensures all parties are aligned, informed, and working together efficiently toward shared campaign goals.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the creation and execution of media campaigns (online & offline) across various channels for our brand portfolio, such as social media, search engines, video, display advertising, TV across Europe.
• Develop and oversee the annual and campaign-specific media plans for region & local specific projects.
• Ensure alignment with the brand's marketing objectives and global guidelines.
• Combine data analysis, technical knowledge, local feedback, and market understanding to manage complex campaigns and meet the objectives.
• Help planning and executing media investments with 4P mindset.
• Developing and implementing the overall digital media strategy for our brands, including defining target audience, goals, and KPIs.
• Analyzing campaign performance metrics and providing strategic recommendations for optimisations and improvements.
• Presenting campaign performance and strategy updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging digital technologies to ensure that the company's digital media strategy is innovative and effective.
• Establishing relationships with media partners.
• Collaborating with other teams: such as Global Digital Team, local teams to plan and actively run media campaigns.
• Creating case studies when working with local & global teams.
• Developing media benchmarks for the markets we operate.
• Take an active role pre/post campaign analysis for global & local media investments.
• Managing budgets and timelines for media campaigns working closely with local, regional & global teams.
• Managing the media agencies.
• Following up sales figures of the company & GFK reports to be able to create the most feasible media plans.
• This role will be responsible for media strategies, plans, executions, reporting’s and budgets regionally.

• Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Fluency in English is a must, with exceptional communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of media platforms, digital and traditional media channels.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable results.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, strict milestones, and competing deadlines.
• Regional and global perspective with a genuine interest in international media trends.

• Experience working with media agencies and platform partners.
• Familiarity with Share of Voice (SOV) and Market Share (MS) metrics.
• Proficiency in media planning software and analytics tools.
• Preferred: Experience in Home Appliances or retail industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.

What we offer

• The salary range for this position is € 43.000 - € 55.000 gross per year. The final offer will reflect the outcome of the recruitment process and the overall assessment of the candidate, based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including skills, experience, qualifications and demonstrated expertise.
