Linglong Germany Gmbh is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager OE to expand our European OE Team. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting sales plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across borders.

Travel domestically and internationally may be required; fluency in English is essential, with additional languages seen as a plus. Join our growing, international team and contribute to customer success.

Competenze

• Academic degree in business, engineering or related field.
• Experience in the Tire Industry.
• Familiar with cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
• Open-minded, teamwork, cross-cultural communication.

We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager OE to expand our European OE Team.

Responsibility

• Serve as the primary point of contact, build strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support to assigned clients, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to queries and complaints.
• Assist with sales and business development strategies, including creating sales plans, explaining pricing, and identifying new opportunities for existing and new clients.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and senior account managers to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Monitor and report on the status and performance of client accounts.
• Implement strategies to retain clients, often through proactive engagement and after-sales support.

Qualification

• Academic Degree in business, engineering or a field directly related to the position
• Experience in the Tire Industry
• Familiar to work with cross-functional and international teams
• Strong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
• Fluent in English - Any other additional language is a plus
• Open-minded, team work and cross-cultural communication
