Linglong Germany Gmbh is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager OE to expand our European OE Team. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting sales plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across borders.

Travel domestically and internationally may be required; fluency in English is essential, with additional languages seen as a plus. Join our growing, international team and contribute to customer success.

Competenze

Academic degree in business, engineering or related field.
Experience in the Tire Industry.
Familiar with cross-functional and international teams.
Strong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
Open-minded, teamwork, cross-cultural communication.

Mansioni

Serve as the primary point of contact, build strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support to assigned clients, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to queries and complaints.
Assist with sales and business development strategies, including creating sales plans, explaining pricing, and identifying new opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and senior account managers to develop and execute sales strategies.
Monitor and report on the status and performance of client accounts.
Implement strategies to retain clients, often through proactive engagement and after-sales support.
