Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office suite.
• Business-level English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of device physics and bench characterization.
• Master’s degree in physics or engineering or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Design reliable GaN products and select suitable architectures.
• Perform SPICE and R3D simulations to verify electrical performance.
• Support qualification of technology platforms and SOP compliance.
• Contribute to data sheets, characterization, and failure analysis for GaN devices.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Applications, and QA teams.
