Zirak is seeking a Junior Embedded Automotive Software Engineer for a Rome, Italy role. You will develop and maintain embedded software for in-vehicle connectivity modules, contributing to OTA updates, telematics, V2X and infotainment systems.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of embedded software experience and strong C/C++ skills, with Python and Git/JIRA experience. Collaboration across hardware, cybersecurity and cloud teams is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 1-2 years of embedded software experience.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• Experience with Git and JIRA for version control and issue tracking.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain embedded software for in-vehicle modules.
• Implement and test CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and cellular protocols.
• Support OTA updates, telematics and V2X functionalities.
• Assist integration, debugging, testing on automotive platforms.
• Collaborate with hardware, cybersecurity and cloud teams.
• Follow ASPICE, ISO 26262 and AUTOSAR processes.
