Tosca is recruiting a Junior Customer Service & Asset Specialist for our Agrate Brianza office in Lombardy, Italy. The role focuses on onboarding, order-to-invoice processes, and ongoing customer support to strengthen relationships.

Based in Agrate Brianza, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and continuous process improvements while communicating in Italian and English. This is a fixed contract with a gross annual salary around €24,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Fluent Italian with good English communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers in Italy.
• Manage onboarding and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and communicate clearly.
• Support reporting and resolution of quality issues with the Quality Dept.
• Participate in monthly customer review meetings with insights.
• Oversee order-to-invoice processes and asset tracking.
• Maintain customer master data and asset records.
