Job summary

Stefanini is seeking a junior Asset Deployment Technician in Turin to support IT asset management. You will configure equipment, update asset records, and coordinate deliveries while adhering to security procedures.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; the role is 100% onsite with a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential for permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and an interest in IT equipment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling devices and recording information.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with inventory or asset management systems is a plus, but not essential.
• Previous experience is not required, as full training will be provided.
• Italian: Excellent written and spoken proficiency.
• English: Upper-intermediate written and spoken proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate asset records in company and client systems, including serial numbers, locations, assignments, purchase orders, and device status.
• Coordinate transfer, labeling, packaging, and delivery of IT equipment between sites and to end users.
• Monitor and process service requests through appropriate channels, ensuring timely completion.
• Keep staging, configuration, and storage areas organized and clean.
• Help draft and update service-related procedures and work instructions, and follow established procedures and information security requirements.

Work conditions

Working hours: 40 working hours per week

Contract type: Fixed-term contract of 6 months, initially, with the aim of moving to a permanent contract
